We do not transfer your personal information outside of Canada except where required to use service providers (such as Vercel and Resend) that may process data in the United States. Where applicable, such transfers are subject to contractual protections consistent with PIPEDA's accountability principle.

Your information is stored using industry-standard security practices. Client files and financial data are stored in password-protected, access-controlled environments. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. For active client engagements, we retain financial records and reports for a minimum of seven (7) years following the end of the engagement, consistent with Canadian professional and tax record-keeping requirements. Contact form submissions are retained for up to two (2) years.

When information is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymized.
